How to request deletion

To delete your Brand Scalers data and disconnect your connected marketing accounts:

• Disconnect each platform from within the app to remove its stored access token.
• Email kushagra@brandscalers.in from your registered account email with the subject "Delete my Brand Scalers data".

Include your name, registered email address, and the connected business or clinic name so we can identify the correct account. We may ask you to verify ownership before deleting data.

If you connected through Facebook or Meta, Meta may also send us a signed automated deletion request. We record that request and return a confirmation code shown above.

For Google Ads, using Disconnect in the Integrations screen deletes the encrypted Google OAuth credential from our store and stops future API access. You can additionally revoke Brand Scalers from your Google Account's third-party connections page.

Enquiries sent to a business website

If you used a contact form on a tenant website, your name, email, optional phone number and message are stored for that business in BrandScalers CRM. Contact the receiving business or email kushagra@brandscalers.inwith the website address, approximate submission date and the reply contact you used. You do not need a BrandScalers account. Do not send passwords, identity documents or sensitive medical, financial or legal details in the initial request. We may ask for proportionate verification.

The tenant can delete an enquiry from its native CRM inbox. Valid visitor requests are handled through this deletion process. Deletion removes the enquiry and its stored contact details and linked lead-quality events. Archived or deleted websites do not themselves remove tenant-owned leads: those remain accessible while the account is active, unless deleted earlier on a valid request, and follow the account-closure lifecycle. Copies the business separately holds must be addressed with that business.

What gets deleted

Your profile, connected-account tokens (encrypted), onboarding details, and associated service records are deleted or anonymized unless retention is required by law, security, fraud prevention, or an unresolved billing obligation. Data held in your own Meta, Google, or other platform account is not deleted by Brand Scalers.

After you submit a request

We will acknowledge the request using your registered email address and process it in accordance with applicable law. Disconnecting a platform stops future access immediately; deleting your Brand Scalers account is a separate request that removes the associatedBrand Scalers service data described above. We acknowledge verified requests within 7 business days and complete them within 30 days unless law requires retention.
